    To our amazing girl gang,

    This is probably the hardest email I’ve ever had to write in my life. Unfortunately, we are closing the doors of T2T. This decision didn’t come lightly as we’ve loved building this brand over the last 5 years, but financially, we cannot keep going.

    This little revolution we started, trying to make a difference, trying to show the whole world that an athlete doesn’t look like a certain person, that #WEAREALLATHLETES has made a difference, I know it. I can see the change in media and in the world, and I know it’s because of amazing people like you showing the world that all of us deserve to be included. Words cannot even begin to thank you for trusting us to help with your individual missions of making a difference.

    I will be the first to admit I’m just horrible at business. This started out as a hobby, then because of you all it turned into an amazing movement, but with that movement came responsibilities, and overhead and hitting sales targets, and from the beginning I’ve said the minute that I have to make sure I’m hitting “goals” this was going to be hard. I didn’t like selling, what I liked doing was having a place where ALL women were included, and they ALL felt like they were welcomed. Maybe for me, a for-profit business isn’t the right avenue, because I cannot push product, I mean I probably gave away more then we even sold! ha! That being said, it probably was a huge reason that we are emailing you today.

    I was looking back at all the amazing things we’ve done and I just cried, because we have done so much and you’ve all been so amazing and supportive, and that’s something that will always live on. I’ve actually made a bunch of amazing friendships with women I’ve met through T2T, and I made myself healthy because of your motivation, but I’ve also had the darkest days as well, thinking that I’ve let you all down, and as a business owner, that’s the hardest part. But these are things that I will NEVVER EVER forget. We are going to keep the FB/IG pages up for motivation and just for a place for you all to interact if you want!

    OK I know, stop talking what does this mean moving forward:
    2. We will email all people who have open orders immediately after this email to inform them that their orders are still being printed.
    3. People whom have gift cards will also be emailed to discuss their options, either purchasing or getting
    4. Over the next few weeks we will be posting random flash sales on IG with the last of the inventory we have, both designs and blanks, so TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS if you don’t want to miss those! (our IG is here)

  • Weekly Things We've Found Amazeballs!

    Well hello friends, it’s been a long time since I’ve written. That’s because 2 things. I’ve been depressed, I don’t feel I have anything to share lately because I’m just a depressed bump on a log and 3, work has been killing me. (yes it’s no secret I also have a full-time job). SO I guess that’s actually 3 things.

    BUT I am getting better, out of the depression, I’ve actually lost 10lbs since I’ve decided to also get off my ASS and treat myself better…. so I’ve been doing Weight Watchers anddddd it’s been great. 10lbs in 2 weeks. Not bad, but the better part is that I finally HAVE MY ENERGY BACK. Thank the lord hallelujah! I will post about that later, but for NOW, here are 5 THINGS YOU NEED TO HAVE ON YOUR RADAR:

This election has just become an utter shit show and my iPhone battery can’t HANDLE the alerts anymore… but what you CAN listen to is this AWESOME podcast I found thanks to my friend Kristen, on NPR, called How I Built This – Guy Raz has been interviewing some badass people doing badass things and how they got there. It’s a great quick 30 min podcast, so if you have time and you’re interested in that kind of stuff it’s great. Right now they’ve done Spanx, Instagram, Radio One, Cliff Bar and Vice. He always promotes writing in if you’ve got a movement or starting something awesome, hint hint, maybe we will be on NPR one day! 😉

    WATCH: HOW ABOUT NOTHING ON THE PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN?!?!?! lol No but for real, I actually came across this video called MAKE IT COUNT from vlogger Casey Neistat, and actually I FOUND IT FROM A PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN VIDEO hahaahah. This video is awesome, it’s just a great like pump you up, SHOOT for the stars, fulfill your bucket kind of video – so watch. WATCH NOW!

Refinery29 in collaboration with Aerie and Lane Bryant started the #seethe67 campaign, all about getting society to start showing ALL women of ALL sizes in the media. This is near and dear to our hearts because while we are trying to get athletic apparel companies to become all-inclusive, and sell ALL sizes in their stores because we ARE ALL ATHLETES, we need society to change in general. I love what Aeries been doing with their no photoshop and just showing women and their amazing natural beautiful faces and bodies, this movement is catching on and the more REAL we are in the media the more women won’t feel so ashamed and try to be something they’re not. AND on TOP of that, we will teach young girls that who they are, who they are becoming is AMAZING and they don’t have to conform to society norms and what social media tells them is “cool” to love themselves. LADIES WE HAVE TO BAND TOGETHER and make a difference and make a change.

This salsa is AMAZEBALLS. So refreshing and awesome, I just can’t get enough of it. Funny story, I took it to my grandmothers house last weekend to get her to try it, and I MAYYYYY have left the jalepeno seeds and membrane in there when cutting it up, and let’s just say, it was SPICYYYYYY. Haha “Andrea, god damn, this is spicy, my mouth’s on FIRE, omg WHAT did you put in this!!!!!” Yes, she said that.

    We Impact.  That’s where Movemeant steps in. We believe that every body is meant to move. That we can enable women to form positive, healthy habits in her teenage years that will further her physical and emotional well being in her adult years. We believe that any girl who wants the chance to move, so that she may discover her own sense-of-self, should be given one.

    So, if you’re new to T2T you know that our motto has been #weareallathletes for the longest time… but what does that actually mean??? Well, duh, what it means is that we, women, of all shapes, sizes, abilities, in fact, ARE athletes.

    There it is, exactly what that says, an athlete is a person who is proficient in sports and other forms of physical exercise. So why, why do we not see athletes of all sizes in society?

    The body positive movement is gaining momentum and we wanted to leave our mark. We wanted to show the world that we really truly are athletes. To me, what does an athlete even look like? Well, an athlete looks like YOU looks like ME looks like everyone… #ilooklikeanathlete is another huge hashtag that we are trying to show and push out there…

    To me we need to show the world that we are working hard for a reason… We are working hard to live a long life, to be role models for our kids, to show people who not to underestimate…. We do it for a number of reasons so the next few months we are going to be showing the world that we are ALL ATHLETES by writing our reasons for being an athlete on cardboard and hoping that these reasons inspire someone, anyone, to be strong and show the world that THEY look like an athlete!

    I think I’m going to have to stop watching TV if I have to watch the Zwivel Cosmetic Surgery commercial one more time. It’s literally about hating your body, and idolizing what someone else has, which we come to find out, was surgically created. This is the reason we have such LOW self-esteem about ourselves!!! LIKE WHAT THE HELL! I get it, these doctors have to make money too, but do they have to create such a self-hate commercial?!?! EFF THAT NOISE. If you feel you need to have cosmetic surgery, chances are you don’t, but if you want to, it’s your body, but please KNOW you are beautiful JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!

  • January HashTag Movement – #IBEATGYMTIMIDATION

Well, we wanted to find a way to really get involved with everyone in different ways each month, so this is our way of doing so. Having a topic makes it fun to interact with one another and spread the word on how we are bettering ourselves. So during each month we are going to have lots of awesome giveaways pertaining to that movement, videos from professionals giving you tips for free, etc etc. So just a fun way to stay engaged and give the community more of what it needs!



    I mean let’s face it, Gymtimidation apparently was SOOOOO last year… but really, it’s not. It’s a real thing, and we are bringing it back, but we are bringing it back because we are BEATING IT!

    I remember the first time I ever stepped foot in a CrossFit gym, it’s funny because it’s the first time I stepped foot into a CrossFit gym but it’s also every time I step into a new one, I get so scared. Will people like me? Will I make a fool out of myself? These people are amazing, I’m new, I’m not good enough, just go home!!!! Those are the thoughts that go through my head. Same thing when I go for a swim. I’m broken, I need to swim, but for some reason, when there are people in the pool, I’m shy, I’m timid, I’ll be going too slow, I’ll be in there way, why am I here?!? GO HOME!!!

    Gymtimidation isn’t just a bazillion people in a gym, it’s anything. It’s the way you feel when you walk into a new activity. It’s the way you feel when you try something new, whether there’s 40 people in the room or 4, it’s the feeling that you aren’t good enough, you aren’t strong enough, you’re going to make a fool out of yourself, and you just want to hide.

    But WE HAVE TO BEAT IT. We have to show the gym, that we don’t care about our surroundings, we are MAKING OURSELVES HEALTHY, so LETS GO IN AND WORKOUT AND BE HEALTHY!!!

    bad workout 2I had a little bit of Gymtimidation tonight when I went to Hot Yoga for the first time in a long time. I was like….. “UGH these women are so good at yoga, I’m going to suck, I need to hide in the back, why me, why am I here?!?!” But everyone goes through that. It’s like your first day of a new school, will people like me? But again, it doesn’t matter because they are there for the same reason you are, to get better, and they don’t care about ME, they care about themselves… SO next time you walk into a gym, and you’re worried, FORGET ABOUT IT and REMIND YOURSELF #IBEATGYMTIMIDATION!!



  • Starting 2016 off horribly unhealthy.


    SCREW the unhealthy me – it’s time for a better, healthier ANDREA!

    Well, it’s 2016, we’ve let it settle in over the last few days, and let me tell you, these last few days the only thing that’s been settling in is the fact that I’m SUPER UNHEALTHY… How do I know? Well, the first glaring thing is that I wake up after 8 hours of sleep and I’m already tired! Or the fact that I get winded going up the stairs… yeah, that ones bad. (and as I sit here writing this, I’ve yawned about 10 times, and contemplated hoping in my bed for a nap)

    tumblr_nysx5dGJRe1re4hf4o1_500I’ve been so torn these last few months between working out and not working out, and it’s all because of my back. I workout, and then I will sit there and cry from the pain, but I’m not just crying from the pain, I’m crying from the fact that I can’t do something I loved so much anymore. And unfortunately the thing i loved so much, was also one of the big things keeping me healthy. I think it’s time to go see a surgeon, but again, I’m torn. Surgery might not be the way to go and I know if I go down that route I won’t be working out for a really long time, but the pain is so bad. Sure, I can’t get out of bed in the morning without feeling pain, I can’t put clothes on without feeling pain, I can’t sneeze without feeling pain, but I don’t care about that, I just want to WORKOUT!

    And of course, on top of that, the things going in my mouth have not been good enough… and when I can’t workout, I shouldn’t be eating what I’m eating.



    I miss being healthy, I miss that feeling of my body not wanting to just shut down all the time, and I can’t wait to fix that starting tomorrow. This is my vow that no matter what, working out or not, surgery or not, I will make myself healthy again, and I will make sure my body doesn’t hate me anymore, because right now, my body is saying, whyyyyyy are you doing this to me!

    SO I just got back from the grocery store, I’m getting ready to prep my food, and I am EFFING READY TO TAKE BACK MY LIFE AND BE EFFING HEALTHY!!!!!!!
