ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Please email email@example.com. We cannot make changes to an order once it’s been submitted.
Q: What are the available payment options?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. Tank of the Month Club can only be purchased with a credit card.
Q: Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send you updated order information.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: We do offer expedited shipping options. Please email us at email@example.com more information BEFORE you place your order. We cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural postal/zip codes.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO
A: We can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, transit times vary greatly, and can take up to 6 weeks.
Q: What’s your international shipping cost and what does it include?
A: International shipping is a flat rate of $10. International shipping fees do not include taxes or duties. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes, as this information will vary by country.
Q: What happens if my order is refused?
A: If an order is placed and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number in your email.
Q: What if I get an error message when I enter my tracking number?
A: If your package is travelling within the United States:
Once shipped, it takes 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.
If your package is travelling outside the United States:For most countries outside the United States once shipped, it takes 24 to 48 hours for your carrier to update tracking information on their website.
Making a Return? No Sweat.
We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin’ on your online return. To process a return, please fill out the form on the Return Page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the item. Once the item is received, your store credit or refund will be processed. Our new system is difficult, and since we are on a production schedule and not keeping inventory, it’s hard to do a exchange for a different size. (the only items that can be returned as an exchange are our partner tanks)
You’ve got 2 simple options:
- Store Credit + $5 Bonus:
Receive a T2T store credit for the amount of your return—and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you’ll love.
- One bonus per order.
- We must receive your return within 30 days of the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) to be eligible for the bonus.
- This bonus is only valid on orders shipped to US addresses & expires 1 year from the date of issue, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
- Store credits and bonuses are not redeemable for cash or gift certificates.
- Orders are not eligible if a previous return against this order already received the $5 credit.
- A maximum of 3 bonuses can be accrued within a 30-day period.
- Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $5.00 shipping fee when you use our shipping label.
- A flat fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund total at the time your return is processed. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method minus this fee.
- The fee will be applied once per return (not once per order). If you are returning multiple items from one order, avoid additional fees by returning them together.
- If you’d prefer to ship the items yourself please contact us at hereto email@example.com for our return address.
- We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order
Q: Do you have a size chart?
A: Yes. You can go to the size charts for the various items we carry in our Size Chart.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! You can purchase an electronic gift card on our website. Gift cards are redeemable on the website and should be treated like cash, as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards are final sale.

A: Sign up for our online store’s email so you can be the first to know. You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Q: Have a saying you’d love to see on a shirt?
A: We love new ideas! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and if we select your saying, you’ll get a free tank(exclusions apply)!

Q: Does Thick to Thin offer sponsorship?
A: We do offer individual, team, and event sponsorships on a case by case basis. While we would LOVE to sponsor everyone, we just can’t. Please submit your sponsorship request to email@example.com no less than 60 days before your event. The T2T Team will review each request received; however, due to the amount of requests received, we will only be able to respond to those we are able to accommodate.
Q: What’s a Territory Rep?
A: A T2T Territory Rep is an opportunity for those that want to invest time and effort in the success of our community – and make some money doing so! Territory Reps will host tables or booths at a variety of events, ranging from local Crossfit boxes and competitions to running races to any sort of health expo in their region. Q: Can I submit my photos to be featured on the site or on Social Media?
A: Of course! We would love that! Simply use the hashtags #WeAreALLAthletes and/or #HowWeWearThem to tag your photos and we will be on the lookout. Your account must be public for us to see your tagged photos. If you’d rather submit them via email, please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
